Orders and payment

How do I pay?

You pay by card at checkout. Payment is processed through an encrypted connection and we never see your full card number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send instructions.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund.

Are adjustable dumbbells sold as a single or a pair?

Each product page states whether the price is for one dumbbell or a pair. If you are not sure, email us before you order.

Do benches need assembly?

Most benches need some simple assembly. The product page and the included manual explain the steps.
