If the performance of your HomeGym product is affected by a manufacturing or material defect, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Our warranty is intended to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects that occur during normal residential use. The warranty period applicable to your product will be specified on the individual product page, product documentation, or your order information.
HomeGym Product Warranty
Warranty coverage may apply to a wide range of products available through HomeGym, including:
Adjustable Dumbbells & Dumbbells
Warranty coverage applies to eligible adjustable dumbbells, dumbbell sets, and related accessories according to the warranty period stated on the individual product page.
Weight Benches
Warranty coverage may apply to:
- Flat weight benches
- Adjustable weight benches
- Foldable weight benches
- Utility benches
- Adjustable storage benches
- Other bench models
The applicable warranty period for each bench will be provided on its product page or accompanying documentation.
Smith Machines & Strength Equipment
Eligible Smith machines, racks, cable machines, and other strength-training equipment are covered according to the warranty period specified for the individual product.
Bars, Plates & Weight Equipment
Eligible barbells, weight plates, bumper plates, and other weight-training equipment are covered according to the warranty period stated for each product.
Other Fitness Equipment
Warranty coverage may also apply to other HomeGym products, including accessories, cardio equipment, storage equipment, and other fitness products sold through our store.

Warranty Claim Requirements
When submitting a warranty claim, please keep the following requirements in mind.
1. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase may be required to process your warranty claim.

Warranty coverage generally applies only to products purchased through HomeGym or an authorized sales channel.
2. Warranty Coverage

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not normally cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, paint wear, dents, or surface marks that do not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow the provided instructions.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Damage resulting from repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
- Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
- Damage caused by using the product for purposes for which it was not designed.
- Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to outdoor, humid, or unsuitable environments where the product is not designed for such conditions.
- Damage caused by excessive exposure to water, rain, flooding, or other environmental conditions.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper operation, or failure to follow safety warnings.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers where proof of purchase cannot be verified.
Any modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair that affects the product may void applicable warranty coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us process your warranty request efficiently, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order and contact information.
- Providing proof of purchase when requested.
- Describing the issue clearly.
- Providing photos or videos showing the problem when requested.
- Following troubleshooting or inspection instructions provided by our support team.
- Following proper assembly, operation, maintenance, and safety instructions.
For equipment such as weight benches, adjustable dumbbells, Smith machines, racks, and other large fitness equipment, photos or videos may be particularly helpful when determining the cause of an issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact HomeGym as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Video of the issue, if applicable
Our customer service team will review the information and determine the appropriate next step.
If the issue can be resolved with a replacement component, we may provide the necessary part instead of requiring the entire product to be returned.

Please note that after-sales assistance outside the warranty period does not guarantee free replacement, repair, or shipping.
